Ms. Del Rio-Henrich has extensive experience in matters relating to all aspects of commercial and residential real estate transactions. Her background in multiple areas of the real estate industry with both institutional investors or residential homeowners has given her the experience to handle any real estate matter. She has represented clients with respect to structuring simple investment activities to negotiating and closing large commercial transactions and condo-conversions. Prior to forming Elizabeth Del Rio-Henrich, P.A., Ms. Del Rio-Henrich worked in mortgage lending and with the real estate and investment arms of public university endowment foundations. Ms. Del Rio-Henrich also studied at the University of Granada in Spain focusing on International Law matters.
